Meet the People Behind Our Purpose

The Rainbow Foundation is a charity, governed by a board of trustees.

Our Board of Trustees play a vital role in guiding the strategic direction of the Rainbow Foundation. They ensure our activities and objectives align with our overarching vision, safeguard our assets, and uphold our commitment to operating efficiently, effectively, and sustainably.

The full Board convenes quarterly to review key areas including policy, service development opportunities, financial performance, and income generation. In addition to these meetings, trustees also participate in regular sub-committee sessions to provide focused oversight and support.

All of our trustees are volunteers and do not receive payment for their services or support.

Operational management of the Rainbow Foundation is entrusted to our dedicated leadership team, headed by the Chief Executive Officer, who oversees the day-to-day delivery of our services.

The Rainbow Foundation is a registered charity (charity number: 199932), regulated by both the Charity Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales.
