A safe place to talk and support one another

Our Bereavement Support Groups provide a safe space for anyone experiencing bereavement where you can meet with peers that understand how you are feeling. You are free to talk as little or as much as you like in these supported sessions.

Booking is essential for all our support groups. Therefore, if you are interested in joining any of our Bereavement Support Groups, please reach out to our Senior Social Prescriber Lisa for a short chat so they can ensure you get the right level of support you need.
