SINGING FOR THE BRAIN

Come and share in the joy of singing

Our Singing for the Brain sessions are FREE to attend, delivered by Rainbow and endorsed by  the Alzheimer’s Society:

Our Singing for the Brain sessions offer a welcoming, uplifting space for people living with dementia and their carers to enjoy music, connection, and fun. Led by our friendly Rainbow team and proudly endorsed by the Alzheimer’s Society, each session uses the power of song to bring people together, boost confidence, and spark memories.

These relaxed gatherings include singing familiar favourites, gentle warm‑ups, percussion, and plenty of opportunities to chat and make new friends. No musical experience is needed, just come along and enjoy the feel‑good atmosphere.
