BALANCED FUTURES
Gentle movement. Stronger futures. Connected community.
Balanced Futures is a friendly, weekly wellbeing session designed to help you feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in everyday life.
Led by the Rainbow Foundation, these relaxed classes focus on balance, mobility and functional strength through simple, low‑impact movements that are easy to follow and enjoyable to take part in.
Balanced Futures takes place every Monday from 11:00am to 12:00pm at the Rainbow Centre in Penley, and is completely free to attend, making it easy to come along, get involved, and enjoy a supportive, welcoming session each week.
